Job Summary:
We are searching for a patient and attentive North Omaha Caregiver Needed Noon-8PM-Choose Your Work Days!! to join our team at Touching Hearts at Home- Omaha. The Part Time Caregiver is responsible for providing assistance in daily living activities for geriatric, disabled, and chronically-ill patients. The Caregiver’s primary role is to provide compassionate and dignified care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and exercising
• Track and monitor patients’ progress with a focus on their safety
• Provide companionship and socialization for patients
• Assist with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
• Monitor patient conditions, monitor for changes, and report to the physician as necessary
• Escort or transport patients to medical appointments as necessary
Requirements:
• Past experience in a senior care role is preferred.
•At least 19 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and appropriate auto insurance are needed
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
