This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary in the healthcare/medical field. Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive starting salary of $14 to $16.5 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the rest of the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided and any changes in client's condition.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in home care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, caring, and patient demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
