Touching Hearts at Home - Omaha is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Gretna, Nebraska. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical job located in Omaha, and the selected candidate will work as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and providing high-quality care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes.

These will be split hours, so may work best for someone in the area:

Monday-Friday

4pm-8pm

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with medication reminders and administration
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, as well as light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation as needed
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist with lifting and transferring clients
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures
