Our esteemed client is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Installation Director to play a pivotal role in their Columbus team. This key position will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including site visit quoting, ordering, installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing machinery, piping, and other related equipment in an industrial setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install equipment according to manufacturer specifications and established safety guidelines
• Quote all projects and support the sales group.
• Order and track all materials.
• Maintain and secure a spare parts inventory
• Document and verify equipment information for commissioning reports
• Recommend purchasing maintenance equipment and supplies as required to improve processes and efficiencies
• Constant communication with the Installation Group
• Ability to communicate effectively with the customer and other onsite parties to ensure successful job completion.
• Ability to operate various aerial lifts & industrial-powered fork trucks.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• An Associate’s Degree in the related field is preferred.
• One year of Installation experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical background
• Rigging experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. A high degree of self-motivation and independent decision-making
• Good analytical and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines with informational accuracy, and ability to work well under stress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
