Touchard Preservation Services L.L.C. is a small business in Hammond, LA. We are 3rd Party contracted to maintain HUD homes completing Routines and Lawn Maintenance orders on houses assigned.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Property Preservation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and preservation of properties, ensuring they are in optimal condition.

**Duties:**

- Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs

- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on properties as needed

- Using Pruvan Direct Application on smart phone to take Before, During, and After photos for each workorder completed

- Maintain accurate records of all Work Orders completed

**Equipment**

Reliable Transportation capable of towing a single axle trailer with a riding lawnmower.

NOTES:

This is an independent contractor position cutting bank owned houses on the Northshore and surrounding areas. We have 160 properties that need a Lawn Maintenance and Routine Inspection done EVERY TWO WEEKS...

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $4,100.00 - $5,800.00 per month
