**Responsibilities:**

- Analyze billing documents for accuracy and completeness

- Prepare and submit customer invoices

- Reconcile billing statements

- Assist with journal entries related to billing transactions

- Collaborate with the accounting and human resources departments as needed

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations

- Handle debits and credits effectively
