Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Teacher assistant to join our team. As a Teacher Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. You will play a crucial role in promoting early childhood development and preparing children for their educational journey.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Conduct regular assessments to track each child's progress
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Incorporate technology and interactive learning tools into lessons
- Adapt curriculum to meet the needs of children with special education requirements or developmental delays

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with both children and parents
- Patience, compassion, and understanding when working with young children
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with special education practices for working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check clearance

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
