Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and increase operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to schedule repairs, maintenance services, and equipment installations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and enforce maintenance procedures and standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Monitor and control maintenance expenses within the assigned budget.

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance techniques.
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desired Experience:

• 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related role.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Experience with budgeting and expense management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
