About the Role We are looking for a Sr. Associate, Consumer Classes to join the Store Operations team onsite in Bethesda, MD.

Total Wine & More offers a variety of ways for every customer to learn more about wine, beer and spirits. One of those ways is through our classes and events offered in many of our classroom locations around the country.

To drive a great customer experience when hosting these classes and events, we are looking for a highly organized individual to help support the operations and event process through the delivery of events.

You will report to the Manager, Events. You will

• Successfully plan and execute companywide consumer classes, and Book Our Room offerings
• Maintain and update all Book Our Room materials as necessary
• Build, maintain and upload consumer class calendar into event management system
• Support the creation of new consumer class content and continue to elevate and maintain current content
• Manage Events Management email inbox
• Resolve Help Center tickets pertaining to classroom events
• Create project and task communication to stores as needed
• Provide weekly reporting on classroom analytics including ticket sales, customer and store behavior
• Drive initiatives to maintain costs and drive profitable sales for in store events
• Collaborate with marketing team to create quarterly signage to drive event attendance and awareness as well as other print initiatives to support consistency in the classroom and ease of execution for stores
• Manage tasting and events platform, becoming subject matter expert, driving issue resolution and enhancements with vendor and internal IT support

You will come with

• 2 years of experience creating teaching materials
• Proficiency and work experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) is required (NOTE : this is not a Facilitator teaching role, this is a back-end technical and creative role)
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• Exceptional customer service skills - ensuring our customers stay at the center of what we do and why we do it
• Project Management skills demonstrated track record of project planning, execution, tracking and post-project / event analysis
• Industry expertise knowledge of beer / wine / spirits industry is a plus
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and related reporting tools
