Total Upgrade Automotive

We are Hillsboro's premier independent automotive repair facility - we have all the equipment necessary to do the majority of jobs needed today. We have a brand new R1234yf machine - updated to 2023 vehicles alignment rack - Autel Ultra Scanner with the ability to program GM and Ford ECU's companied with the Autel MS919 - We have a VAGCOM scanner for VW's - A multitude of specialty tools to ensure the job gets done correctly and we don't leave our techs attempting to do things without correct setup tools.

Our goal is to become the shop that changes the way the industry does things. We're not old school, we mix the old with the new - we take care of people - care about our word - and we also use technology to our advantage. We take care of our shop and each technician has their own space to work. We are now offering 401k plan with 1% match and have bi-weekly bonuses based on performance.

We're looking for technicians with some experience who have a passion for the industry and want to grow, gain experience, and eventually build a career around fixing vehicles. Our goal is to train fully in-house on our policies and show new technicians how to become successful in this industry! We will help guide you on cost-effective tools to purchase, how to properly inspect/test vehicles, and common service practices/repairs that you can use here at our shop or anywhere you choose to take your knowledge in the future!

Responsibilities include:

Keeping work area clean

Has tools, certifications are a plus

Perform full pre work inspections to upsell any additional work/maintenance necessary

Perform vehicle diagnostics

Perform manufacture maintenance and repairs

Help other technicians complete jobs as necessary

Fill out work orders/inspection sheets

Address customer concern and any potential concerns they should know

Compensation will be based off of experience and bonus comes from weekly team/individual sales goals
