If you have production and / or manufacturing experience, we want you to apply to this position. As a Manufacturing Technician for Total Tool you'll be responsible for producing, inspecting and testing synthetic assemblies in accordance with company manufacturing methods and standards.

Inspect and test synthetic assemblies to ensure quality and safety standards are met Calculate custom order specs to determine how the product should be engineered Complete work orders in a timely manner Utilize internal computer program to manage orders and inventory Maintain equipment and conduct weekly equipment inspections Review work orders for correct components Communicate effectively and professionally to internal and external customers Participate in Web Sling & Tie Down Association Conduct monthly rigging batch testing Keep a clean and safe work environment Build and sew synthetic assemblies to meet ASME and Total Tool standards Complete annual safety training PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Ability to regularly walk up and down stairs as well as throughout production and warehouse facility Ability to sit for long periods of time Ability to occasionally life 50 lbs.
