Senior Project Manager 

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Project Management Team taking responsibility for assisting and coaching the Project Management team in areas of organizational tribal knowledge, managing project schedules and kick offs, de-escalating customer service/repair calls and issues, assisting in field measures and installation scheduling and other tasks as needed to support the team.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Manage 5-10 high complex jobs to assist in lightening the load on the rest of PM team when necessary
• Manage escalated service or repair calls from the PM team and coach team members how to handle such items throughout the process
• Assist Manager of Project Manager with team training and mentoring, elevating individual team member skills
• Participate in all project kickoffs, provide coaching and feedback where necessary
• Act as the first backup for other PM's on high-profile projects, staying in the loop on the project throughout the life of the job and providing assistance when they are out of the office
• Participate in after-hour on-call rotation of after-hour installation issues
• Assist sales in determining valid or buildable jobs
• Attent site visits to assist the sales team in finalizing scopes of work on complex or higher profile jobs
• Execute field measures for relevant projects to assist Installation Manager workload during higher volume times
• Attend all install meetings to provide feedback on more efficient trip planning
• Create a product and tribal knowledge training plan for and work with PM/Estimating /Sales departments as needed both monthly or quarterly as necessary 
• Work with Installation Manager to train team members on field measuring 
• Seek areas for improvement in process, materials, tools, or product design and take the lead on implementing potential improvements

Competencies:

• Minimum of 5 years Senior Project Management experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and interacting with vendors
• Ability to maintain familiarity on large projects across the team 
• High level strategic, innovative and entrepreneurial thinking skills
• Ability to manage and coach through conflict productively
• Excellent organizational skills and effective workflow management
