Job Description:

As a Store Manager, your focus will be to:

• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while developing others to do the same.
• Lead a selling culture through building customer loyalty, creating personalized shopping experiences and fostering long lasting relationships.
• Lead and instill a strong focus on: Units per transaction, Average Transaction, Conversion and Sales Per Hour
• Provide leadership by analyzing Week to Date, Month to Date, Year to Date sales and develop action plans to drive top line sales
• Create external, community relationships that grow sales.
• Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
• Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising store staff
• Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory
• Manage store budget and expenses
• Ship orders, bank deposits
• Implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales including Social Media posts, email and text campaigns & organize booth promotions at local fitness centers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Listen to customer needs and provide personalized recommendations based on their fitness goals.
• Answer product-related questions and provide expert advice on supplements and nutrition.

Sales and Product Knowledge:

• Educate customers about the benefits and features of various products.
• Assist with product selection, up-selling, and cross-selling.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Store Maintenance:

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Restock shelves and maintain proper product displays.
• Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies.

Stay Informed:

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and emerging nutritional science.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
• Manage employee schedules
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Promotional Booths:

• Set up a booth at local gyms to increase brand awareness and sales by handing out product samples, promotional items and coupons, 2-3 times per week

Qualifications:

• 1 years of previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
• 2 years of experience in a Retail Sales role.
• Must have a passion for health, fitness, and nutrition.
• Must have knowledge of sports nutrition supplements and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
