Qualifications :

• ID / OD Grinder :
• Multiple years of experience with ID / OD grinding machines
• Wire EDM Operator / Programmer :
• Multiple years of hands-on experience in Wire EDM operations and programming

ID / OD Grinder Responsibilities :

• Grind internal and external diameters of precision parts to exacting specifications
• Set up and operate ID / OD grinding machines
• Select and dress grinding wheels as needed
• Measure and inspect parts for accuracy and quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve grinding issues as they arise
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goal

Wire EDM Operator / Programmer Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate Wire EDM machines to produce high-precision components.
• Load and unload workpieces, install and align tooling, and perform necessary machine adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous production.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs for Wire EDM machines based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Utilize Gibbs or Mastercam software to create and modify programs, taking into account material properties and toolpath efficiency.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure components meet quality standards.
• Use precision measuring instruments (CMM) and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Make necessary adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance on Wire EDM machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and report any equipment issues to maintenance staff for timely resolution.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
