JOB OVERVIEW
As a Service Solutions Consultant for Total Industries, you have two primary responsibilities within your assigned territory: promote, protect, and penetrate assigned top accounts, and seek and acquire target competitive accounts. The service solutions consultant acts as the primary customer contact working closely with their Equipment Sales peers, Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, Rental and Accounting staff, to ensure overall customer satisfaction while meeting and exceeding their personal sales goals. The most successful candidate will love the thrill of hunting new business just as much as satisfying and growing existing customer relationships through regular contact and business meetings.
