Job description: A Lawn Maintenance field supervisor must be familiar with all aspects of company operations to include: customer service, knowledge of turf grass, production, team building, culture building, organization, and time management skills, accountability for self and team actions. Our lawn maintenance field supervisors must be willing to work with our crews on jobsites. They are responsible for upholding company, and department policies as well as enforce company mandated safety protocols. They need to be able to think progressively, and always try to find ways to improve self, and employees personally and professionally.
