PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

Prepares and paints the parts and door bodies according to sequence and quality standards. Inspect final products once painted to ensure expected standard of quality.

Qualifications:

· Ability to listen to follow direction.

· Good work ethic.

· Proficient with electric and manual hand tools.

· Works well in a team environment

· Good communication skills

· Paint experience preferred (spraying with HVLP gun and pressure pot)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Perform work in accordance with standardized work instructions.

· Report non conformances according to written procedures.

· Keep a clean, safe, and organized workplace

· Weekly: booth cleaning

Training: On the job training provided.

WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE: Monday through Thursday, 6am – 4:30pm, but other hours as needed. Total Door Systems Factory - 6145 Delfield Drive, Waterford, MI 48329.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
