Job Description:

Total Care Therapy is currently looking for a Full Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Cincinnati (Sharonville/Mt Washington/surrounding areas), OH area within the assisted living and community environment.

Our Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) uses a web-based documentation system that can be accessed from any internet-capable device. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for performing Evaluations, 30-day Reassessment Visits, Recertifications, Discharges, and Treatment Visits. This position must be certified to provide services in the state of Ohio.

Prior home healthcare experience preferred but is not required.

Compensation will be discussed in the interview process. Salary for this position is with a per-visit rate with each visit type allotted its own rate.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
