Job Description:

We are currently seeking a creative Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT) in the Zanesville/Newark, OH area. This OT will provide therapy in the Assisted Living environment and within the community.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) would be responsible for performing starts of care, initial evaluations, performing subsequent follow-up visits, and supervising COTA's. Must be able to maintain a weekly caseload of 30 - 33 visits a week for full-time. Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience-based. This position is per-visit rate with each visit type allotted its own rate.
