Are you passionate about ensuring timely and efficient service delivery? Total Care Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Metrics Analyst to join our team in Lanham, Maryland.

Scope of Position: As a Metrics Analyst, you will play a vital role in monitoring and ensuring adherence to deliverable timelines for our Supports Planning Program. Your responsibilities will include tracking deliverables, providing metric reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to foster compliance.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop proactive systems and tools to ensure compliance with deliverables.
  • Track timelines and communicate upcoming deadlines to relevant stakeholders.
  • Generate daily and weekly productivity reports to assess billing requirements.
  • Compile and distribute reports on various deliverables, including POS and Quarterly Home Visits.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Conduct quality assurance review sessions and track compliance trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for audits and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Communication:

  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Work diplomatically with stakeholders to achieve agency goals.
  • Maintain open communication channels and respond promptly to concerns.

Decision Making:

  • Exercise judgment in administering plans and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
  • Make data-driven decisions to enhance service quality.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with Maryland Department of Health policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (master’s preferred) with relevant experience.
  • US citizenship or lawful authorization to work in the US.
  • Strong writing skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule and travel statewide in Maryland.
