Job Description: RN

Position Summary:

The RN (Registered Nurse) will work as an integral part of our patient care team. In this role, you will provide basic medical and nursing care to patients and track their conditions, aiming to make them as comfortable as possible. You will take vitals, explain any procedures, perform physical exams, and administer medication safely. You must work with physicians to develop patient care plans, and you typically report to a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, or doctor. Our ideal candidate has a state license, relevant experience, and patient care skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide urgent and primary care to patients

• Performing initial examinations, including physical exams and patient observations

• Setting up and monitoring medical equipment

• Administer medications as ordered by the NP/PA/MD

• Communicating test results to patients and working well with the Doctor or NP on staff

• Recording patient medical history

• Operating and maintaining medical equipment

• Coordinating Referrals

• Coordinating with the chronic care management team

• Coordinating with remote patient monitoring

• Setting up Telehealth Calls

Line of Authority:

This position will report directly to Adam Jaynes Director of Occupational Medicine of Your Medical Home.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $33.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
