Join our client as a Repair Administrator in Pompano Beach, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing repair administration functions and ensuring that repair vendors are meeting the necessary service levels.

Responsibilities :

• Actively review and manage Repair Management Minimum Serviceable Pool levels for assigned repair vendors
• Monitor and manage Repair Management scrap rates by part number for assigned repair vendors
• Review scheduled Repair Management inbound routable parts for assigned repair vendors and make recommendations based on demands
• Work closely with internal customers and external suppliers to ensure needs are met
• Create and manage repair orders, sales, exchanges, and stock
• Analyze repair quotes for accuracy and approve as needed
• Assist with daily repair order reports and sales orders
• Update inventory tracking system and maintain records
• Perform Purchase Order Releases and manual entry of Shop Findings Reports as necessary
• Review and manage individual and group KPIs as defined by management

Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of Inventory, Expediting, Procurement methods, and practices
• Experience with forecasting, planning, expediting, and buying
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (Dynamics AX)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aerospace Repair Management Program
• Knowledge of aerospace requirements, quality systems, and FAA activities
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Positive attitude, initiative, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
