Responsibilities:

• Oversee Operator activities in compliance with international and national regulations.
• Direct operational support departments like OCC, Maintenance Operations, and Travel on a per-shift basis.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize fleet commercial performance.
• Implement efficient processes and procedures for streamlined operations.
• Maintain operational security by identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Provide guidance during critical incidents, operational activities, and security-related events.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Flight Operations, Crew Scheduling, and Flight Dispatch roles.
• Leadership experience in high-pressure environments.
• Familiarity with Part 135 regulations and meteorological reports.
• FAA Dispatcher certification REQUIRED; pilot's license a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage relationships, offer innovative solutions, and adapt to challenges.
