The Marketing Project Coordinator position will be responsible for the day-to-day to coordination of project setups/schedules and status updates in the project management software, coordinating status update meetings with project stakeholders, coordination of user setups and permissions in marketing tools, submission of purchase order requests, coordinating marketing material translations, and supporting the collection and distribution of performance data from various marketing tools.
Areas of Expertise & Special Skills: - 2 years of experience in project management, traffic coordination, or marketing communications.
- Experience with, or knowledge of, project management software (e.g., Asana is a plus)
- Experience working across teams to gather project details and manage team updates
- Familiarity with handling performance data is a plus
- Understanding of design programs is a plus (e.g., Preflight in Adobe Acrobat)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure.
- Working independently and collaborating as part of a team.
Responsibilities: - With oversight, administers day-to-day project setups, status updates, assignments, schedules, manage the transfer of marketing files between teams to provide needed info for development/reviews/approvals, tracks project progression and follows up on pending and late deadlines, all in the marketing project management tool.
- Coordinating status update meetings with key stakeholders and project owners and manage interactions with project stakeholders to collect information/requirements and move projects along with reviewers and approvers according to project schedules.
- Administers the department-wide project alignment and priority tracker for all major Marketing activities across team and runs recurring update meetings with Marketing SLT, including making recommendations on resources and prioritization needs.
- Supports the internal marketing/product communications process and transferring marketing performance data between marketing tools to support the creation of marketing and executive overview dashboards.
- Support alignment with department forecasting by handling the submission of purchase order requests to initiate internal vendor agreement reviews and other day-to-day activities with user permission, translations, etc.
