Job Opening: Part-Time Sales Associate (Commission-Based)

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Sales Associates. As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for representing TD LUX, INC and driving sales for our suite of services within designated residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of TD Lux Inc.'s offerings, including property services, restaurant concepts, and lifestyle events, to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate leads for potential clients interested in contracting TD Lux Inc.'s services, focusing on building relationships within targeted residential communities.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to identify their needs, preferences, and budget requirements, aligning our services with their expectations.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, building agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and provide strategic insights.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM/XRM software, and generate reports for management review.

Commission Structure:

  • Commission percentages vary based on the service sold/building contract signed, ranging from 2% to 7%.
  • Commission duration is tied to the term of the contract with the designated building, with annual caps in place.
  • Payment terms stipulate commission distribution within 30 days of receiving checks from contracted buildings.

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM/XRM software is a plus.

Contract Duration and Cancellation:

  • This agreement is valid on a three-year basis, renewable upon mutual agreement.
  • Either party can terminate the agreement with a 15-day written notice.
