This position will oversee a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager and Administrative support.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintaining tenant and vendor relations
• Mentoring and developing employees
• Managing tenant and ownership expectations
• Communicating with tenants on various work order requests or escalated facility issues
• Negotiating vendor terms and pricing
• Managing and following up with vendors to ensure appropriate services provided
• Overseeing financials for the properties
• Providing guidance to staff in regard to receivables and payables
• Overseeing CapEx and TI projects
• Reviewing vendor bids and selecting contractors
• Following up with tenants on various requests
• Preparing CAM reconciliations
• Preparing budgets and variance reporting
• Creating cash flow analysis and proformas
• Reviewing financials and providing findings to Ownership
• Providing suggestions to Ownership team of changes or improvements potentially needed
• Communicating with prospective tenants to provide information on space
• Working with Administrator to coordinate property events
• Working on green projects and initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

• BA or BS degree
• 5 years as a Property Manager in commercial
• CA RE license desired
• Ability to work well with a team
• Ability to work well under deadlines
• Strong customer service skills
