JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Sales/Business Development Manager
Classification: Exempt
Department: Sales
Reports to: VP of Operations
Summary/Objective: This role significantly contributes to business growth by fostering new sales leads to expand our customer base and by improving existing sales accounts.
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the organization's product distribution channels and providing ongoing support. The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, writing, updating, and coordinating the production of the RFQ’s which includes but are not limited to:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position manages all employees of the sales department and is responsible for the performance of the sales department. Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, monitor, and distribute incoming faxes.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Personal Protective Equipment:
This job does not require PPE in our office environment. If there is a requirement to enter the Production Area, use of safety glasses and steel toe shoes are required.
Work Environment:
This work is performed in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
