Toro Field Services is looking for an energetic and experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our company to give assistance to its current sales force. We are looking for someone with a strong sales background in relief valves, valves, pipes, fittings, automation and a passion for providing excellent service to our customers. This position is primarily to join and assist its current sales force.

Job Details:

Duties and Responsibilities

• · Maintain an active sales presence with potential new clients.
• Work with the outside sales team to ensure their needs are being handled correctly.
• Coordinates all contract terms, ensure customer satisfaction, and keep contracts current and accurate.
• Meets and exceed expectations at work each month with all departments.
• Gives daily updates to Sales manager, sales team, and other departments within the company.
• Keeps track of all customer orders and quotes, ensure each order and quote is handled professionally, and meets or doesn’t exceed time frames.
• Communicates properly with outside sales team and other departments.
• Works with other departments on special projects such as planned shutdowns to have all the equipment needed and ordered beforehand.
• Works with current administration on sales orders, invoices, and delivery.
• Ability to create sales orders so administration can create invoices.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of valve, pipes, fittings, and automation products and service offerings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms with ease of understanding. Ability to explain differences between products/services/prices in simple terms with ease of understanding. Ability to explain benefits/contents of various product/service/pricing options in easy terms with ease of understanding. Ability to explain changes in product/service/pricing options over time (with or without price increases) in simple terms with ease of understanding.
