Job Description

Reports to and assist the Dean PEO STRI Training, supporting Talent Management with the planning and oversight of organization level activities. Incumbent supports the implementation of local and higher headquarters policy and operating procedures. Incumbent is expected to furnish important advisory services as consultant to management and individual members in the field of training and member development through training opportunities. Helps to facilitate plan and execute training events both internal and external that support PEO STRI. Facilitates development of organizational training plans, development and execution of training budgets, and coordination of logistics and operations to support special programs in support of Talent Management.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Training & Career Development program planning, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of career management policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Process required support documentation, SF182's, memorandums for record.
  • Assist with travel coordination and management activities.
  • Prepare a variety of reports regarding career management recommendations, and evaluation of career development programs.
  • Knowledge of procedures for evaluating centralized training funding requests.
  • Event planning and coordination.
  • Skill in written and oral communication.
  • Conduct employee counseling effectively on a one-on-one or group basis.
  • Develop organizational training plans.
  • Knowledge and skills in effective communication through oral presentation for the delivery of training.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required. 5 year's relevant experience.
  • Existing SECRET clearance.
  • Excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Schedule: 40 hours, Mon-Fri, 8-5. Hybrid

Work Location: Orlando, Florida

Travel: 10-20%
