Torch Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to fill an immediate opening in the ACE Technology Development Business Unit. Duties will include supporting all phases of project development and execution for a multidisciplinary team engaged in the development of advanced, integrated hardware and software solutions for DoD applications. 

Job responsibilities include:

• Coordinating day-to-day tactical duties for complex technical projects.
• Administrative/operational execution of projects within the guidelines set by the Business Unit Lead(s), Program Manager, Technical Lead, and Government customer.
• Monitor projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
• Manage multiple projects with competing priority levels to ensure resourcing and staffing are well defined and maintained.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or similar discipline is required, with 0-5 years’ experience.
• Self-motivated, well organized, with good interpersonal skills, good communication skills (oral and written) and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.
• Possess knowledge and capabilities to perform tasks related to budgeting, planning, tracking, and cost/financial analysis. 
• Experience in the development of cost proposals leading to the establishment of cost/schedule baselines.
• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office to include – Word and Excel.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and TM1 / Focus Point software.
• Developing, resourcing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Experience with Contract Management across various contract types (e.g., CPFF, FFP, T&M).
• Experience with AS9100 and ISO14001.

Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position. Travel may be required.
