Torch Technologies is seeking an IT Specialist to support the Joint Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office (JCO) Director, Deputy Director, and Secretariat Division Chief. The JCO serves as a focal point for the Department of Defense to synchronize and integrate C-sUAS efforts for all C-sUAS stakeholders (Office Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, and Inter-Agency). The incumbent will provide a variety of IT functions to enable the JCO to effectively operate and maintain its IT infrastructure.

Duties will include: 

• Manage inventory of unclassified and classified IT equipment to include laptop/desktop computers, printers, switch boxes and other peripherals.
• Support user troubleshooting within the Microsoft Office suite and DoD software products.
• Initiate and manage user accounts on both classified and unclassified systems.
• Perform minor hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Identify and recommend software packages to enhance organizational performance.
• Interface with higher level IT organizations to facilitate repairs, troubleshooting, system upgrades and other IT related issues.

• Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5-10 years of related work experience
