The contractor shall provide Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, Program/Project/Risk Management, and Software Engineering support services in accordance with DOD, USAF, AFMC, program development/sustainment contracts, and local policy and guidance relative to configuration management practices.
The contractor shall provide support ranging across the Configuration Management (CM), Quality Assurance (QA), Program Planning (PP), Risk Management (RM), and System Engineering (SE) activities which will vary depending upon the current activities of the program/system, scope of the current development/sustainment cycle, and other corporate and program initiatives. The contractor shall provide resources with progressive experience in technical writing, critical thinking and analysis, managing configuration of software, engineering documents, design drawings, engineering changes and notices, and planning/conducting design audits to enable government ownership of the program technical baseline.
