Location: Kissimmee.
Payrate: $18.45 to $26.29 DOE. (Night Shift differential $3.00)
Schedule: (Full Time)
- 2nd Shift: 7 pm to 7 am.
- Must be able to work rotating Weekends.

Lyle Thermoforming Process Technician I
Safely processes our Lyle thermoforming machine, as well as all support equipment.
Description:
- Sets up the proper form tooling needed in the inline thermoforming machines and operates the machines per job specifications to maintain continuous production.
- Sets up designated inline thermoforming machines per job specifications. Adjust weights and temperatures according to manufacturing standards.
- Adjust machine automation, material blender systems, conveyors, and grinders. Engages thermoforming machines and presses to produce parts and to maintain continuous operation.
- Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-year previous production line experience preferred with Machines, Tools, Equipment, and Thermoforming machines Form and trim presses.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to use Handheld tools Measuring instruments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior machine processing experience with plastic machines.
- No Experience is needed for Thermoforming (though it is preferred) however MUST have plastic extrusion/plastic processing or blow mold experience.
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Vocational/technical school training preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Previous related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to continuously lift, reach, stand, and walk throughout the day.
- Able to bend or kneel frequently.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Able to stand for twelve-hour shifts in a high pace manufacturing.
Lyle Thermoforming Process Technician II
Safely processes our Lyle thermoforming machine, as well as all support equipment.
Description:

- Adjust machine automation, material blender systems, conveyors, and grinders.
- Engages thermoforming machines and presses to produce parts and to maintain continuous operation.

- Complete all required paperwork such as machine cycle, product weight, and material records.
- Performs troubleshooting, quality checks, and minor PM on machines.
- Assist in training employees.
- Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.

- Thermoforming machines form and trim presses.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to use handheld tools and measuring instruments.
