Inventory Warehouse Associate

We are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers while maintaining efficient warehouse operations. As we expand our team, we are seeking a dedicated Inventory Warehouse Associate to support our inventory management efforts.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

   • Assist in the accurate counting and recording of inventory items.
   • Perform regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
   • Help maintain organized and accessible inventory storage areas.
   • Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing inventory shipments.

2. Quality Assurance:

   • Conduct visual inspections of incoming inventory for damage or defects.
   • Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory items to supervisors.
   • Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation.
   • Generate reports on inventory levels and stock movements as needed.
   • Help track inventory usage and consumption patterns.

4. Warehouse Operations Support:

   • Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and prepare shipments.
   • Assist in loading and unloading inventory items as required.
   • Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role preferred.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software or systems is a plus.
