Tops has been serving one of kind bar- b-q to the midsouth for 70 years. Our number one goal is to deliver a top-quality product with top-quality service. Tops has 17 locations across the tri-state area to include Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas and are well known for their mouth-watering bar-b-q, ribs, briskets, and burgers.

Team Member Job Duties:

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Provide fast, friendly service to all customers.
• Follow food preparation instructions according to Tops standards.
• Learn how to properly operate registers and cooking equipment.
• Attending all scheduled shifts and employee meetings.
• Learn and comply with all safety standards and regulations.
• Work in a team setting and perform duties as instructed by management.

Job Requirements

• No experience necessary
• Must be able to stand for periods of time.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures.
• Must be able to lift up a minimum of 20lbs.
