Toppan Photomasks, Inc. is looking for a qualified Microsoft System Administrator to join our core-to-the-business enterprise team that will assist with maintaining a forest level Active Directory and related services. Responsibilities would also include tenant level administration of M365 services. This position is vital to ensuring security for one of the largest semiconductor tooling providers in the world. Located in Round Rock, Texas, Toppan Photomasks focuses on providing a great place to work for its employees and a great product for our diverse customer base. While this position can be remote, the ideal candidate will be local to the Austin, Texas areaand can provide solutions onsite on a need-be basis.

Purpose:

This position will be part of a team associated with implementing and monitoring 24/7 enterprise level Microsoft services. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall performance, security, and reliability of our critical infrastructure, supporting critical business applications, while providing process improvements such as patch monitoring, OS upgrades and software upgrades. This position requires off-hour support in rotation with other team members. This role will be based in our Round Rock, Texas headquarters and provides a hybrid work structure.

Duties:

• Monitor system alert notifications, and take action as needed
• Participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support for production during weekends or late nights when required
• Support and provide guidance to other administrators regarding Microsoft technology and M365 services
• PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting of services

Knowledge / Experience:

• Active Directory architecture and operation of forest and domains
• M365 tenant administration
• Good understanding of Microsoft best practices
• Ability to write PowerShell shell scripts
• Understanding of infrastructure, system, networks and application interactions to diagnose issues and make recommendations on improvements
• Written and verbal communication skills to work with teams across the IT organization

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft administration
• M365 experience
• Communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Exchange Online, Intune, Defender
• SQL Server administration
• SCCM
• Desktop operations
