RETAIL SALES ASSOCIOATE / KEY HOLDER - Cherry Creek Mall

Topo Designs is excited to be opening a new retail location soon in the Cherry Creek Mall. This is a great opportunity for a go getter with a retail sales background who wants more responsibly in the Key Holder capacity. Topo Designs retail store employees provide exceptional customer experience, develop strong community relationships, and authentically communicate the brand message.

Position Details:

• $18.50 - $22.00 / hour, based on position (sales associate or key holder)
• Requires weekend work

Experience/ Education Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in retail sales

Responsibilities:

• Manage and run the retail store
• Open, close and run the shop
• Assess customer needs; advice about sales and promotions; Recommend the best products to customers
• Work with point of sales and processing payments
• Drive sales to meet goals and targets; attain sales goals
• Clean and restock the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
• Become an expert of Topo Designs retail store products
• Foster a vital customer base through outreach, building and maintaining relationships
• Understand, support and comply with company policies and procedures
• Implement merchandising strategies and directives
• Maintain a neat, clean sales floor and work space that accurately reflects the brand
• Uphold a high level of asset protection
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Strong sales, communication and verbal skills
• Must be an excellent problem solver with strong project management skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
