Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located

in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Information Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's computer systems and networks and providing

direct customer support.

IT Support Specialist Job Responsibilities:

· Provide PC laptop and desktop support to end-users

· Offer remote support through VPN connections

· Install, configure and troubleshoot network printers

· Manage network infrastructure components

· Manage Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications and issues

· Administer and maintain Active Directory services

· Support VMware virtualization technologies

· Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki devices

· Manage DHCP and DNS services

· Troubleshoot Ethernet, TCP/IP, FTP and other networking protocols

· Provide support for Adobe Acrobat applications

· Support RF devices and wireless technologies

· Provide telephone support

· Maintain confidentiality standards

· Any other relevant duties as assigned

IT Support Specialist Job Requirements:

· 3 years of IT experience

·Familiarity with Cisco, IBMi(AS400)

·Understanding of RF devices and wireless technology

·Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

·Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening

· Superb interpersonal skills
