• The prp counselor will provide counseling and mentor clients with behavioral and other mental disorders to develop their emotional,social and intellectual skills needed to live,learn and work in the community with the least amount of professional support.
• Complete four visits each month for minors and six visits each month for adults.

• Blended Services-Onsite & Offsite visits

• Ensure progress notes are complete for each client visit and monthly report as required is submitted on time.

• Report to all providers involved in the client's care about the progress of the client.

• Must be under the supervision of the Rehab specialist, program director and administrator.
• Attend and participate in required mandatory training.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with various providers in the community
• Actively involved in linking clients to the needed resources
• Other assigned duties as required within the scope of a prp counselor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
