Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Sales Manager at our Elk Grove Village, IL location. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building a sales team, then, overseeing and managing your team, developing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and presenting sales proposals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Production and Field Supervisor teams to ensure successful project execution.
There is no cap to the size of our your team or the resources TTB will allocate to successful implementation of growth and development. Your only limit is you, as we are prepared to scale the company by 10 this year.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Strong commitment to exellence and team building
- Sales driven, number hungry individual - we are not looking for complacency, we want a Rhino.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Knowledge of the construction industry and building materials
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- JobNimbus preferred but we will train
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Construction knowledge and experience is a plus
