Top to Bottom Construction is a full service insurance restoration contractor. We are looking to add additional Field Supervisors / Project Managers to our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, experience with roofing, siding, gutters, and windows, a pleasant customer service demeanor, and the ability to work well within a team. This position is unique for our industry, as the Field Supervisors work directly with insurance adjusters, clients, and the production teams exclusively. Resumes with Insurance Restoration Experience will be strongly considered

The requirements for this position are as follows:

- Valid Driver's License

- Experience with Google Apps, Acculynx, and Xactimate preferred

- Prior experience with roofing, siding, gutters, and windows preferred - Carpenters encouraged to apply

- Ability to carry a ladder up to 28', 40' when needed and no fear of heights. This is a hands on position that involves climbing ladders multiple times per day.

The responsibilities for the position are as follows:

- Meet with insurance adjusters at scheduled times. Discuss damage to properties respectfully and professionally

- Complete roof and siding data take offs electronically

- Meet with clients to choose product selections and complete build agreements, including identifying opportunities for upgrades and credits

- Drop files to the office for production

- Maintain positive and ongoing relationships with team's clients

The field supervisor position is an intricately valuable role, and we will be selective in our hiring for this position. Attitude, work ethic, and hustle are more attractive than the actual technical knowledge. We can teach you about the technical aspects of the position, but we can't teach you hustle.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
