Top Tier Reps is Hiring a Personal Injury Paralegal Near Newark, NJ

Our client is a mid-size trial law firm that is dedicated to fighting for injured people with offices located in NY, PA, NC, IL, FL, and TX. They represent people, not corporations. Join their team to help injured folks get the justice they deserve.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury cases and be familiar with the legal procedures in New Jersey. The paralegal will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases. This position will be based full-time in our NJ office.
Salary Range: $26-$32 per hour 
Responsibilities:
  • Order and review medical records and other relevant documents and summarize them for attorney review. 
  • Conduct initial client interviews and gather relevant case information while maintaining clear and organized client files. 
  • Prepare and file complaints, petitions, and other legal documents. 
  • Complete and submit necessary No-Fault paperwork and applications.
  • Draft Bills of Particulars and Settlement Demand packages.
  • Handle all case e-filing and CMO calendar management.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates.
Must Have:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal in New Jersey. 
  • Strong understanding of personal injury case procedures, including pre-suit and litigation.
  • Familiarity with e-filing on NJ E-Courts.
Nice to Have: 
  • Experience e-filing on PACER. 
  • Strongly Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
