Position Details:

- Salary: $85,675 to $128,502
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (distributed in three equal payments)
- Relocation Assistance: Partial
- Work Location: Onsite
- Reporting To: Manager of Radiology
- Sponsorship: Not available
- Manage technical and compliance aspects of MRI operations
- Assist in scheduling staff to meet patient volume requirements
- Participate in the hiring process for new employees
- Supervise technical procedures, patient care, and workflow to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Perform MRI Technologist duties
- Act as a coach, providing guidance and fostering collaboration within the department
- Participate in the on-call rotation on weekends (8 AM - 12 PM, Saturday and Sunday)
- Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited Medical Radiographic Program
- Advanced certification in MRI
- Minimum of three years of MRI experience
- At least two years of experience as a lead tech or supervisor
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with ACR accreditation
- Active MRSO certification
