- Conduct assessments, intakes, and psycho-social evaluations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for a caseload of 25 weekly clients.
- Deliver psychotherapy using individual and family.
- Maintain clinical records and coordinate related services.
- Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health, etc.
- Active Massachusetts LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC licensure.
- 1 year post-independent licensure (BCBS or Optum credentialing a plus).
- Proficiency in Apple products and excellent organizational skills
