While experience in Medicaid-related areas such as coverage, reimbursement, managed care delivery systems, or projects under section 1115 of the Social Security Act is preferred, they encourage candidates without direct experience to apply if they possess a strong interest in Medicaid and a willingness to learn, especially if they have familiarity with the federal Administrative Procedure Act.
In addition to working on Medicaid issues, candidates will have the opportunity to engage with various facets of our client's multidisciplinary practice. This includes assisting with transaction structuring and negotiation, providing strategic counsel on regulatory and compliance matters, implementing contractual arrangements, and advising on legal issues within the healthcare sector.
