Job Description: The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the nursing unit's operations, including financial performance, service quality, clinical outcomes, quality improvement, employee satisfaction, and patient satisfaction. This role reports directly to a designated nursing director.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Current KY RN licensure or a compact license with privileges to work in Kentucky
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in an academic medical center hospital
- At least 3 years of nursing leadership experience in an academic medical center hospital
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Vacancies: 1
- Salary Range: $89,980 - $110,000
- Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays
