Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain sewing machines in a fast-paced production environment
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine setup and adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction techniques, and sewing terminology
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
