The ideal candidate will be conscientious, highly efficient and detail oriented. The successful candidate will be able to clean rooms and common areas of a large home or an apartment building, in addition to picking up and disposing of trash. Previous experience cleaning residences is necessary. We are looking for individuals that are hardworking and dependable who can work independently, handle a large workload and maintain a clean, orderly residence at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Clean kitchens to the level required by a health inspector.
• Clean bathrooms to the level required by a health inspector.
• Clean windows to the level required by a health inspector.
• Use clean-safe chemicals to clean windows, mirrors, and bathrooms.
• Wash and wax floors according to specific requirements.
• Clean a variety of surfaces in different rooms throughout an office building including desks, chairs, and shelves.
• Use cleaning equipment such as buffers, polishers, and floor scrubbers.
• Clean up after parties and events.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $511.00 - $534.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
