- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies and hallways

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete assigned duties
