TopNotch Catering is a growing company that caters lunch, breakfast, snack and supper to child nutrition programs across San Diego County. TopNotch provides fresh made meals for K-12 schools, head start programs and community organizations. We partner with local growers to provide fresh produce and create innovative and accessible meals for children. We are a fast paced company with opportunity for growth and hands on experience.
We are looking for a Driver to join our team.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Bag, sort and organize meal components in a timely manner
- Cross check production sheets, and transportation records to make sure orders are fulfilled correctly
- Transport and deliver meals to sites within scheduled delivery windows
- Uphold safe driving habits while on the road
- Interact with schools staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of delivery vehicles
- Load meals into vehicles in a safe, organized and timely
- Complete deliveries and retrieve pans from previous days delivery
- Requirements:
- Arrives to work on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required training and meetings.
- Must be able to push and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry as necessary
- Ability to carry product up and down stairs as needed
- Valid US Driver's License
This position is full time Monday through Friday with overtime flexibility. We are centrally located in Mission Valley, San Diego with easy access to public transportation.
Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
Benefits include paid sick time, paid vacation time, 401K, life insurance and disability. Medical Insurance in the US or Mexico.
Rate of pay is hourly, ranging $16.30-$17.30 based on experience

Pay: $16.85 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
